Change the roll when the paper runs out or the device says there is no paper. These devices use thermal paper, which only prints on one side. If you put the roll in the wrong way round, the receipt comes out blank.

On the FP-700 MX and FMP 350 X, look at the roll that is in it now, or ask your service company which width the device is set up for.
If the roll is larger than the listed diameter, the cover will not close properly.
Steps for your model
Wait for the current receipt to finish printing. If you can, finish the sale in Flexy first.
- Open the paper compartment cover.
- Take out the empty core.
- Insert the new roll so that its end comes out towards the print slot.
- Pull out a few centimetres of paper.
- Press the cover down until it clicks.
- Print a test receipt from Flexy and check that the text is visible.
- Open the printer cover.
- Take out the empty core.
- Insert the new 80 mm roll so that its end comes out towards the print slot.
- Pull out a few centimetres of paper.
- Press the cover down until it clicks. If the automatic cutter does not cut off the extra paper, tear it off carefully.
- Print a test receipt from Flexy.
- Open the printer cover.
- Place the roll in its holder.
- Pull out about 3–5 cm of paper.
- Close the cover with a light press.
- If needed, advance the paper with the paper-feed button, as many times as you need.
- If the display shows "Капака е отворен!" (cover is open), press the cover again until it closes fully.
- Open the printer cover.
- Place the roll in its holder.
- Pull out about 5–10 cm of paper.
- Close the cover with a light press.
- If needed, advance the paper by pressing the joystick in the middle. Do this in the normal working state, with no menu open.
- Remove the printer cover.
- Place the roll in its holder.
- Pull out about 5–10 cm of paper.
- Close the cover with a light press.
- If needed, advance the paper with the paper-feed key.
- If the display shows "Няма хартия. Натиснете (C)" (no paper, press C), press C.
- Open the printer cover.
- Insert the new 58 mm roll so that its end comes out towards the print slot.
- Pull out a few centimetres of paper.
- Close the cover fully.
- Print a test receipt from Flexy.
If something is wrong
- The receipt is blank: the roll is probably the wrong way round. Turn it over.
- It says there is no paper, but the roll is in: close the cover fully.
- The paper jams: see "Blank receipts or jammed paper".
