This page is for when Flexy does not print on the cash register, or shows "Не е в PC режим" (not in PC mode). Cash registers only accept receipts from a computer in a special mode, which each brand names differently: "Връзка с PC" (PC connection), "РС" or "Фискален принтер" (fiscal printer). If the register is in another mode, for example in a menu or in keypad registration, it does not answer Flexy.
Fiscal printers (Datecs FP-700 MX, FMP 350 X, Daisy FX, Tremol FP) have no such mode. If Flexy does not print on a fiscal printer, the cause is the cable, the speed or the connection. Go straight to "Check the cable and speed" below.

Put the register back in the mode
Datecs
- If you are in a menu, press VD or ON until the main menu appears.
- Press 6 ("Връзка с PC"), enter your operator password and confirm (with TOTAL in the short guides).
- If you hear a long beep, the register is on the short menu. Switch to the full menu, or ask your service company.
The register leaves mode 6 every time you switch to another mode, for example to run a report from the keypad. After switching on, it also starts from the main menu. In both cases, enter mode 6 again.

Daisy
- Use the mode key to get to "PC _ _ _ _ _ _". On the Perfect M, select PC from the main menu with + and –.
- Enter the password for the mode and confirm. If you don't know it, ask your service company.
- If a receipt from Flexy was left open when the connection dropped, cancel or close it from the register. The key combinations are in the keypad legend.

Tremol
- Check that system parameter 11, "Фиск. принтер", is ДА (yes). It is in Programming, sub-mode 1, "Системни параметри на ФУ" (system parameters). The default is НЕ (no).
- If it is НЕ, set it to ДА. Programming asks for a password; if you don't know it, ask your service company.
- On the Z-KL V2, "-- Line --" on the display means the register is in sub-mode 7, which is not for sales from Flexy.

Eltrade (A1, A3, B1, B3) and Incotex registers can also work as a fiscal printer. However, the manufacturers do not publish how to turn this mode on. Ask your service company to set the register up for work with a computer. For Eltrade, the protocol is 115200, 8N1, and the USB connection switches on by itself when the register is connected to a computer with a cable.
Check the cable and speed
If the register is in the right mode and Flexy still does not print:
- Check that the cable is plugged in firmly at both ends and that the register is switched on.
- With a serial cable, the register's speed and "Скорост (бода)" (baud rate) in Flexy must be the same. If you're not sure what the register's speed is, see the article for your brand or ask your service company.
- On Datecs, check that the "Връзка с PC" setting has the port the computer is connected to (COM1, USB, BT or LAN).
- On a network, check the IP address and port. The port is 8000 on Tremol; according to the Datecs protocol, the default on Datecs is 4999.
- With Bluetooth, don't use a cable at the same time.
Check the connection in Flexy
- Open "Организация" (organisation) → "Устройства" (devices) and pick the device.
- Press "Провери" (check). Flexy checks whether the register answers.
- Press "Тестов печат" (test print) and check that a receipt comes out.
